# Lux Creative 969 — Public Recovery & Asset Register

Published: 1 September 2026
Status: Public-safe recovery record

## Purpose

This register preserves the useful structure of the supplied Lux Creative 969 recovery material while protecting private infrastructure and separating received artifacts from independently verified runtime evidence.

## Supplied artifacts

### Elite Progressive Production Master Plan

- State: Published
- Public destination: https://luxcreative969.world/master-plan
- Editions: PDF reading edition and Word working edition

### Windows portal launcher wrapper

- State: Received and inspected
- Behaviour: Starts a separately stored local PowerShell portal service
- Recovery gate: The referenced PowerShell service was not supplied
- Public treatment: Wrapper behaviour recorded; executable wrapper withheld because it cannot function independently

### Hardware Asset & Recovery Register

- State: Received, inspected and classified
- Public treatment: Architecture and governance categories retained
- Protected: Local storage paths, device addresses, infrastructure mappings, security seals and operational telemetry
- Evidence note: Performance, health and integrity statements remain owner-supplied assertions until supported by current machine-readable evidence

## Registered asset families

1. Sentium engine — assertions, compilers, simulation and production-service components are named in the source register.
2. Genesis runtime — an Android and television experience is described; source was not supplied for verification.
3. Web horizons — interface, theme, interaction and media families are represented by the public Lux ecosystem.
4. Data ontologies — device, infrastructure, theme, venture and poetry manifests are listed and remain protected until public classification.
5. Governance archive — specifications, reports and recovery documentation are registered for progressive intake.

## Evidence states

- E0 Received — artifact exists in the supplied backlog.
- E1 Inspected — readable structure and dependencies reviewed.
- E2 Classified — public, protected, unsupported and missing elements separated.
- E3 Published — public-safe destination and downloadable record live.
- E4 Executable proof — requires source, manifest and runtime evidence not yet supplied.

## Required recovery package

To progress the local portal beyond the current recovery gate, supply:

1. The original PowerShell portal service referenced by the launcher.
2. Its complete referenced source tree.
3. A current file manifest with hashes.
4. Runtime and dependency instructions.
5. Evidence from a controlled local start on port 9690.

## Public boundary

The public website does not require the local portal to operate. No missing application, private device, security claim or owner-supplied telemetry is represented as independently verified or active.
