01Information on this website
The current public website does not require an account. Interactive guidance, favourites and achievement progress may use storage on your own device so the experience can remember your choices.
Searches in the Lux Index are filtered in your browser and are not stored as search history by the website. A search phrase may remain visible in the page address so you can share or revisit the same result.
Local progress is not a private account and is not presented as cross-device history. You can clear it through your browser controls.
02Private consultation
The on-site consultation brief builder does not send or store what you type. It prepares text for you to copy deliberately into the communication channel you choose.
Information shared directly with Lux is used to understand and respond to that conversation. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card details or other credentials.
03Measurement and external destinations
Lux may measure broad website performance and journey effectiveness only through appropriately configured, disclosed and proportionate tools. Sensitive enquiry content should not become public analytics data.
Links to Facebook and other external services are governed by those services when you choose to leave this website.
04Control and questions
You may request clarification about information you have deliberately shared with Lux through the current public contact channel.
This notice will be updated when the website introduces a new account, submission, analytics or storage capability.
